The dedication shows up on the website in the now playing part when using the default PHP templates that ship with SAM.

Inside the SAM Broadcaster software, there's no window to see the dedications. The only part of the dedication that is shown within SAM Broadcaster is the ~requested~ behind the title in the Queue window.

Also: Would you please post questions about SAM Broadcaster in the SAM Broadcaster subforums (i.e. Requests and samPHPweb are clearly web features of SAM Broadcaster) instead of the General forum? The latter is meant for General "radio" topics or stuff that might be adjacent to SAM or Spacial services, but is not covered by any of the other subforums.

Where is the website being hosted? The error tells you that from the last time you had it working to now something has changed with the phpconfig from the host.

Did you uncomment it in the right php.ini?
Most systems these days have more than one. Also if you're using PHP as a module within Apache, you need to restart your Apache webserver in order for configuration changes to take effect.
