When the beta is released consider posting this as an enhancement request.

Does it means I should install wordpress as it is now?
Sorry but I unclear in:

1. I can use wordpress as a plugin as part of PHP.

2. Wordpress could be installed without needing anything more than a html install.

In fact I have never worked with wordpress, what's the easiest way for me to to install SAM's wordpress

WordPress is a blog tool and publishing platform; http://wordpress.org/
It is a separate entity, not part of SAM, with it's own support community.

WordPress may be installed now to get a feel for that tool.
I do not expect to provide support ofr installation and management of WordPress; only as it pertains to my plugin

I haven't gotten to it yet, but I'm planning on testing this out - just have to decide if I want to use a WordPress site for my stream.
You said to post this as an enhancement request once it's released -
Can you add in an option to pull from the database the buycd link, instead of using Amazon?
I use custom links for all the music in my database...

Any updates on this script? I know it's been more than a year but I figured I may as well ask. :)

Also, does this script buffer some of the queries to the database (like queue and history, etc) or does it constantly ping the database and open a socket?

Don't expect an answer from Festerhead, he left broadcasting and all development regarding boradcasting a long time ago.

I know, I emailed him a bit ago to ask if I can take over this plugin. I am considering flopping to Wordpress from Drupal. Drupal is just too much for a simple radio station.

His plugin was open source under GPL License when it was last available from google code.
I forked over the repository to bitbucket.org when Festerhead announced that he would close his site.

Hello Mastacheata, How are you?

I now have the fhrsam plugnin up and running on my test site http://www.upsda.com/?page_id=368 and is trying to get the request section going but is getting

"Playlist
Artist begins with #, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, ZNot implemented" and is wondering if the option was finalized and if, where should I be looking for the problem.

I have been looking around for the last couple of days but now need the expert input -laugh.
