Wondering what other outlets allow you to add your stream, i.e. TuneIn and such??

How do you get more listeners to your station?

iTunes used to be the coveted outlet but since the latest updates to iTunes, they seem to concentrate more on their own radio stations. What has helped me over the years is just adding your station to as many online radio directories as you can and join forums that discuss the genre that you play. I would be subtle about it so that you do not get banned for being a spammer. Put links in your signature and just join in the topics and then make hints here and there. It takes time, depending on the type of music that you play. If your station reaches a niche market, then hit those type of people. If it is a popular style that you play, it will take some work. There are so many stations out there so you have to give them something unique or do something to make your station stand out. Good luck and don't give up, it will take some time.
