Hello there Sam Broadcasters! It has been so long since I logged into this forum I was shocked it said my last visit was Tuesday March 4, 2014! But I am back - as if someone cares!

I wanted to find out from this community if anyone uses the Featured Story News audio feed with their SAM Broadcaster? We have been using it for a long time and I feel like it was really good when it came out but lately we have been getting complaints about the news being about politics all the time. I am looking for if anyone has a list of news service alternatives? We have been using the same old script that downloads the feed and plays it in our Sam 4 broadcast software for eons. Kinda sad to turn it off - but have to give the listeners what they want.

One of my regular freelance customers gets their news from the AP. It's a paid-for subscription service, but pretty good quality.
No idea how much it costs, their website only says "contact us". But I guess it can't be that expensive.
