The part I'm talking about is the annual licence. Usually set up here.
http://userzone.spacial.com/client-zone/services/I'm running SAM Pro + Vibe, and took out an annual licence/subscription for the Vibe stream.
Billing
Term: Yearly
Term end: 2015-12-01
Status: Active
Cost/Term: $275.00
all very well. Not due for renewal until December the 1st.
For some reason, I had clicked on Cancel Service at some time about a month ago, and a couple of days ago to my surprise, the station stopped transmitting. Not at the end of the year, but a couple of days ago. I'm told by Support that it's because I cancelled the service, and that I should contact Cleverbridge, the payment partner to fix it up. Say what? No warning, no message saying "Your station is going off air in a few minutes... are you sure you want this?" Nothing. In fact, if I log into Vibe, everything appears to be working - just no sound...
So I clicked on Reactivate, and it went from Status: Cancelled, to Status: Active .. but still no stream.
Could this be why I decided to cancel the service in the first place?
