A few months ago, I setup SAM Broadcaster Cloud for a company. While I was in the process, I received email regarding a 3rd party that offered a mobile app to broadcast live via SAM Broadcaster Cloud. It was a monthly service that I believe was around $9/month. Once the stations were completed, I handed over ownership to the company.

I'm now setting up another station and this time, the company is interested in this mobile app for remote broadcasting. Since I transferred ownership on the previous station I setup, I've lost all email involved with them. I received this message about the service in December 2015. Does anyone know what company this was that offers a monthly subscription to a SAM Broadcaster Cloud app? I've searched and searched but cannot find any info about them.

Thanks

Here's the full email from my inbox:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/737 ... 2%AC!.html

The company is called looksomething and builds custom(izable) radio applications (obviously a fully custom application cannot be had for 100€ per year)

I appreciate the reply. However, that is not the same company that contacted me. Theirs was specifically an app to remote live broadcast via SAM Broadcaster Cloud. It was not something they would custom make for you. It was already developed and there were selling the service.

Oh sorry, I misunderstood you.
I thought you were looking for the occasional promo for a radio app.

Never heard about a broadcasting app, though.
The SAM Cloud "encoder" is compatible with Icecast 2, so you might be able to find a broadcasting software.
I can't really imagine anyone wanting to broadcast FROM a phone, but that's up to you, I guess.

All Emails from Spacial about 3rd party mobile stuff I can find (inlcuding the one from december and july 2015) are about the previously mentioned software by looksomething.

Cool, might be worth looking into that sometime.
I'll split the topic and move the USB discussion to a separate topic in the General discussion forum now, as it's got absolutely nothing to do with your actual problem/request.
Sorry for getting so off-topic.

Topic on USB mics can now be found over here: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=52565
