Hello,
One of my DJ's uses Simplecast to broadcast on my station. He primarily uses turntables and does interviews. I have tried to research how to stream the metadata doing this, but have not come up with any answers that I understand/make sense. How can he use the "event adapters to relay this information to our Shoutcast server?
We are not HTML/PHP programmers. We need something basic to do this with. Any help would be appreciated.

The easiest way to to program a very simple php script. It'd take you maybe a few hours to figure out. Put fields for Artist Song and Album and a submit button. Then the DJ would input the information in those fields and submit it, the script would then write to the file where same outputs the info and it would be displayed. This works well if you use edcast or another external encoder... I'm not sure if it would work using SAM's internal encoder. Good Luck.
