Also be sure that you don't mix up SAM Cast and SAM Broadcaster.
SAM Cast is just the encoder and stats relay tool. It comes with no playback or scheduling software at all and is only useful if you want to stream stuff from external sources or use a third party playback/scheduling/automation system that doesn't come with the encoder capabilities by itself.

SAM Broadcaster is a full fledged broadcasting solution that covers you from front to back with a sophisticated automation and scheduling system, a playback software AND the encoders component already integrated.

If you plan to use your own streaming server or go with a stream host that is NOT CheapestStream or Spacialnet, you will need at least the PRO version of either product.
I'm not sure about the scope of SAM Cast STUDIO vs PRO aside from the longer phone support egligibility and the included one hour remote hands on.
At SAM Broadcaster the difference between PRO and STUDIO is that you are not allowed to use SAM Broadcaster for terrestrial broadcasting unless you buy the STUDIO version. There's also another limitation as to the maximum amount of money you may earn with your station in order to be egligible for the PRO version. If you're above a certain threshold (most stations will never even get close to this limit, this is really just for the big players in radio business), you'll need to buy the STUDIO version as well.

we have an audio and video stream, I just want to recover my computer audio source for a return Icecast2 server + acc.
I wanted to know if the version samcast more than $ 99 is sufficient or whether you should take the pro version $ 199.

If you run your web stream through SpacialNet or CheapestStream, go with Plus.
If you run your own stream server or have a different stream hosting provider, go Pro. (Plus will be of no use at all for you)
