Ok I'm new here so if i seen computer Retarded..Please be gentle.. Just like MANY others i have read(without finding the cure) Every time i activated(turn on) my encoders and hit the music to play my entire Computer system Freezes up. I have reinstalled SAM 4.6.0 an MySQL and still the same issues. VERY FRUSTRATING!! PLEASE HELP.... Morty * Which version of SAM are you using? (N.x.x) - 4.6.0 * Which database? Version? Is your database running as an application or a service? MySQL the latest version. * Which operating system? Service pack? XP SP3 * Are you running everything on one machine or are some components remote? ONE MACHINE * Are you running other programs on your SAM machine? YES

Try switching the MP3(Normal) encoders to either Legacy MP3 or LAME MP3.
What other applications are running on this machine?
