Has anyone ever seen or received this error message before on SAMBC?

Empty result (Authenticate) [404]

One of my DJ's received this, the First time I've seen it.

In what context are they receiving this error? What version of SAM? I have not seen this error myself.

It was on SAM Broadcaster Live-DJ, when they loaded up SAM the error message popped right up. When they asked me about it, I told them to close it off and reboot PC and try it again. So they rebooted, loaded up SAM and it logged right in.

So really not sure what it was all about unless it was just a "minor fluke" or something?
