You are absolutely right, however these forums are user-to-user and not an official support channel. We really have no idea what schedule the support desk follows.

Sorry for your issues, apparanetly it was something you did not want to try and get help with here.

It's a normal weekday. There should be staff answering tickets at the helpdesk.

Be patient and they will reply. I am being patient as well.
