Very hard to help you out with a scant bit of information.

Why isn't it working ? What is the error code you are getting ? What is the URL of your site ?

HTML requests are proxied through audiorealm, PHP requests are sent directly from your server (as long as you've set it to private requests). Sometimes webservers have strange firewall rules blocking outgoing traffic on uncommon ports (like the one used by SAM to handle requests, Port 1221) which causes the requests to fail.

the message I am getting is : Unable to connect to lapaisaestereo.is-certified.com:1221. Station might be offline.
The error returned was Connection refused (111).

Thanks

I would suspect your webhost is blocking OUTGOING traffic on port 1221, I was able to telnet into your SAM so it appears you have port forwarding setup correctly on your network.

Webhost is my ISP or what is the webhost that you are referring?

ISP is ambigous, webhost is not.
The webhost is the company running the computers where your website is stored and served from.
ISP could either refer to that company or to the company that provides your home computer access to the internet.
