I have an Onyx, BlackJack as my interface, Everything works super good, until I talk on the mic, it sounds one tone higher.

I tried fixing the tone using the s button. (I imagine it stands for Speed) but it only moves 2 units at a time. So, next choice is -2, and then it sounds too low.

Please, if anybody knows what's going on. Thank you sooooooooo much for any help, would be mega-appreciated.

Where are you hearing the problem, is it when you tune into your stream or over the audio card?

Ok. The card has a monitoring option, and there, it sounds ok. When I set Sam Broadcaster to monitor (option 2) the sound is higher (in pitch). It's like the sample rate is different. On the transmition, it also sounds higher. The Mp3s sound good. It's just the sound that come in through the interfaces Mic input.

On your BlackJack, can you change the samples per second to 16?

Im runing Windows XP, and everytime I try to install anything from the Mackie to try to mess with the interfaces settings, the computer stops recognizing the interface. 4 restores so far, LOL.

I'll see if I can access the settings through windows "utilities" But I think you're right on! It seems like the sample rates are not in sync, Onyx and Sam.

Thank you sooooo much for your interest in helping, I'll let you know as soon as I get somewhere adjusting the Sample rate.
