One of our DJ's is experiencing an issue where she is no longer able to play songs randomly. If she has no music in her queue, an error message pops up that reads:

"SAM was unable to queue a song after 20 tries. This can be caused by incorrect playlist rotation rules or having too... your media library. Virtual DJ mode has been set to 'Queue mode' so you can fix this problem..."

I've checked and re-checked her settings and everything is identical to my broadcaster, however I am able to have music play randomly and she is not. Anyone else experience this?

is their library a shared library or on their own computer? If the path to the songs directory does not match exactly as in different drive letters you could easily get that message. Or their playlist rules do not allow a song to be queued.

Your need to relax the Playlist Rotation Rules:

Config > Playlist Rotation Rules > Playlist Rules > Reduce the Artist / Album / Title

It looks like you are enforcing the rules in your clockwheel and you don't have enough songs to meet the criteria.
