Hi there... I have been using SAM Broadcaster for not very long, but are experiencing some difficulties. The stream from encoder keeps cutting out every now and then and goes back to Auto DJ, then comes back in a few seconds. What could the problems be?

It's helpful to provide more information about your streaming setup. What version of SAM? Are you hosting on your streaming server at home or with a 3rdParty service. What is your upload speed to the streaming server? Does the encoder cut out during a certain number of listeners?

You should also check the Event Log window or the EventLog.log file in SAM's "Data folder" (open from witin SAM by clicking Tools -> Jump To -> Data Path in the default windows menu bar of SAM)
