Where are the event scheduler and PAL scripts located - they don't seem to be in the database.

I want to grab the existing scheduled events and PAL scripts from a messed up machine so I can transfer them to a new machine with a better SAM installation.

Thanks in advance :)

PAL scripts are text files on your computer.
Events are stored in the database. The actual event is stored in the event table, the times when an event will happen is stored in the eventtime table.

Yes, I inherited several PAL scripts from the previous owner of the station, so I do know what they are - and I've created some of my own. There are quite a lot of them, and I was wondering where the information that ends up in the "PAL scripts" window is stored.

But thank you for the information regarding the location of the scheduled events, that's quite helpful.

Ahh, sorry, didn't get what you wanted to know about the PAL scripts in your original post.

The list of PAL scripts is stored in SAMBC.core.xml in the Data Path.
Code:
<PALScripts>
    <HasChanged>False</HasChanged>
    <Count>1</Count>
    <PALscript0>
        <AutoStart>False</AutoStart>
        <ScriptFile>C:\Users\benedikt\AppData\Local\SpacialAudio\SAMBC\PAL\AAAtest.PAL</ScriptFile>
    </PALscript0>
</PALScripts>

The count value tells how many PAL Scripts total are in your list and then each PAL script element is enumerated starting at the 0 index.
(i.e. at 5 Count the last PALscript element would be PALscript4)

Thanks for that - turns out we didn't really need it. After copying the event and eventtime tables to the new database we found that when the scripts execute they're added to the PAL Scripts dialog automatically.

Yeah, that list is more for manually firing scripts up and not so much for the Event scheduler (which will even work without any file representation of the scripts across restarts).
