Maybe a typo in the password or username?
The server explicitly tells you the authentication failed with the supplied credentials.

Do you know that player ?? Could you suggest me an HTML5 player ??

jPlayer claims to be compatible with icecast 2 out of the box.
But your URL seems to be offline or wrong. At least from where I'm located. I tried opening the URL in Firefox and VLC to no avail.

I tried your stream with jplayer and got it working in an instant.
Only used their demo setup and changed the URL using the browsers dev tools so I didn't have to download the script and set up a new HTML page.

I'm using Firefox 60.0 beta 1, what browser did you test in? Maybe the browser's HTML5 Audio support is the problem and not the player script? (That's only taking care of the UI anyways)

To verify that you could just try with a bare bones html5 audio element without adding any scripts:
Code:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <title>HTML5 Audio Element test</title>
  </head>
  <body>
    <div>
      <audio src="http://178.32.138.88:9080/stream"></audio>
    </div>
  </body>
</html>
