I have been seeing my Sam2018.10 going unresponsive.
This seems to happen mostly when the players switch at song change.

Mostly it recovers fairly quickly and continues, however it occasionally completely crashes the application completely (windows and other apps continue running).
I am currently running only a basic playlist from the clockwheel and not running any PAL or Events.

My PC is running -
Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Intel Pentium E5300 @ 2.60 GHz CPU
4GB dual channel RAM

Does anyone have any suggestions on diagnosing this issue?

The best effort available is to log a fault with Spacial Support. https://support.spacial.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Support can only offer that it is mysql that is giving me the issues.
However I have checked using HeidiSQL as Support have suggested and everything seems good.
As they believe it is mysql they cannot offer any further support.
I am now wondering if it is the version that I am using (v8 64bit)
Is anyone else using the latest mysql version ?
Also what is your typical uptime without a reboot?
I dont seem to be able to get past about 3 days without SAM stopping
(everything else is still running, just SAM being unresponsive)

SAM runs just fine on MySQL 8.0.11
Typical uptime is many moons :D
Never had problems with SAM going down unless I was experimenting with PAL scripts or DSP plugins.

Well that kind of breaks that theory then.
I might go back to 5.6 anyway and build the tables from scratch.
Can someone tell me where to find the sql scripts to build the SAM schema ?

They are located in the SAMBC folder under sql-mysql. There is the base plus 20 alter table files.
