Hello
So I am trying to tie my website and sam together. I thought things would be much much easier if everything was in the same database. So I was just wondering if there was any reason that this would not be a good idea.

Thanks for any help.

SAM Broadcaster already comes complete w/ many ways to tie SAM and your website together without having to make any database changes. What in particular are you hoping to accomplish?

I could easily work the two together with them in separate databases. But my website isn't just for the radio. I have a full music website hosting mp3s, videos, artist info, discographies and more. Some of the pages that I have contain information pulled from both the sam database and my sites database. If I had them in the same database I wouldn't have to call to two different ones but just the one.
I was just curious to find out if adding tables might affect SAM in any way. I assume it wouldn't but just wanted to make sure.

Thanks

If you're using MySQL - and have a clue about database management - it shouldn't be an issue. MySQL is pretty robust.
