Ok,
I've not had to use the requester in quite some time, but it has been brought back by demand on our site http://www.wnihweb.com, and I am fairly well versed in HTML coding, as I have set a many of these up in the past, and have had no issues, however now I am having issues.
I have a AT&T Router, with a Linksys 5 Port 10/100 Ethernet Workgroup Switch to feed all of my computers in the studio to the router, I have opened all ports on my router and firewall, both locally and on the main router (the linksys doesn't have a CP to do this with), and I continue to receive Err. #803 Cannot connect to IP:1221 (where my IP is the correct one (found through radiotoolbox.com), I have edited and tweaked, till I cannot edit or tweak no more, all of the AR IP's and addresses are in there, as well as my local IP, and website domain where the requester is hosted.
Someone explain to me, what it is I am doing wrong, I used to be able to do this is in the past with no issues, I am using the most recent release of SAM 4, with MySQL 5, the request page is http://www.wnihweb.com/request.
If anyone can help me with this, I would be much appreciative, as I would like to let our listeners begin requesting again ASAP. The Now Playing and Past Played Will Be used for another function on our popup player, but the requests are vital.
[EDIT: After looking at the songID in the URL Bar, it is displaying the wrong songID as well, I did modify song titles and artists earlier in the day, before even setting all of this up, so I have no clue, besides a MySQL error, as to why the songId is different from that of my SAM's listing}
Thanks,

Hey Rob,
The OS is WinXP SP3
I did do the RadioToolbox PortScanMe, I got that result as well, that it was closed, I have opened them on all firewalls on my network, I guess the next logical thing to do would be to contact my ISP seeing as I may be doing something wrong, or GoDaddy to confirm they allow that port.

GoDaddy.com doesn't have that port open, and from previous experience won't open it.

Hey Andrew,
Thanks for that heads up on GoDaddy, I should've figured as much on that....and Rob, I do have it in the exceptions on the firewall...I made sure to do that before uploading anything after some past experiences.
Andrew, who would you recommend for webhosting, that can allow the Port 1221 to be open, I've been looking at IPOWERWEB due to the fact they ahve very inexpensive hosting and domain transfer.

Peronally I'm using Stream101.com for my webhosting. (My streams are hosted elsewhere.) They've been pretty reliable, and specialize in webhosting needing the SAM ports open. Tell them ANDREW FROM WDA1.com sent you. http://www.stream101.com

Hey Andrew,
I will check them out, but, I figured out the best solution for using GoDaddy, and this may come in handy for anyone having this issue with the ports not being open...I created a custom serach feature using frames for the playlists...letting our listeners view them on our pop-up player, from there, I have a graphic that lets them know to click ro make a request/dedication they fill out a simple form it comes into the main email inbox, and voila, that talent gets the request notice, and can go from there.
I will be trying to work on an implementation soon to have double playlists available one on our player and the one on our site so folks don't have to go strictly through the player to make a e-quest
