Hi,

Im trying to give an dynamic filename output to mysql,
if not enclosed in quotes i get $now_date$.txt instead of today date, when i add quotes before and after $now_date$ then i get an mysql error
Quote:
MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '20.10.2008'.txt'' at line 1

here is the code that gives the error
Code:
"SELECT * FROM songlist where songlist.date_played >=NOW()-1 limit 1 INTO OUTFILE 'C:/'$now_date$'.txt'"

How to send today date to mysql ?

Thanks
