Hi all -

I would like to change the look/feel of the HTML version.

I have tried to change playing.html, footer.html, and the partners.html, but the changes do not show up.

I have tried editing the files and pushing them up using FTP, I have also run the Generator in SAM since another thread suggested that.

Am I missing a step?

The files are chmodded to read/write

thanks for any help -

Yes you are missing a step. DO NOT UPLOAD them yourself to your website. You must edit the template files those with an underscore precedding the file name. Then let SAM do the formatting of the output and let SAM upload the out put files to your web site.

You have to load that info in. The BUY NOW button is merely a URL link in the database, attached to each song.

Open up the SONG INFO page for a song in SAM. Click the FIND AT AMAZON button, and see if that track/album is available via Amazon. Find it and click APPLY. Once you get these done, just regenerate your playlists and the AMAZON links will go to your BUY NOW buttons. Any song without an AMAZON link will go to AudioRealm.

thx - using SAM 3.4, so Amazon is all busted up.

:)

What I would like is a way to show the next 5 songs coming up - is there a way to change this?

the config file and the javascript files didn't seem to contain any info?

Earlier this year, Amazon.com made changes to how their website operates and interacts w/ external software, which made access to that in SAM not possible in versions older than 4.3.6. If you want that to work, you'd need to upgrade.

As for showing the next 5 songs, you'd need to create an HTML template that checks the Queue for the next 5 items, and have SAM FTP that to your website.
