I know My Request isn't working, but seems to be a issue with how the page is setup within the site, if you open the page on its own, runs fine and requests go thru, I am working on it.

Your requests aren't working because you are using the LAN address instead of the WAN address. This address:
192.168.1.7:1221

Is ONLY for your PC and others connected through your router / switch. To make requests you must use the Internet IP address.

You find it:
http://whatismyip.com

Replace that with the LAN address that you used in the configuration file and it should work.
