I upgraded to SAM Broadcaster Pro 2015.3. Even though SAM is able to take requests it is not working in the latest version.

I''m really sorry, but my crystal ball is in the repairs currently. Could you please supply additional details on the problem and your environment.
Especially whether you're using HTML or PHP web and if you use private requests or proxy them through Audiorealm.
Also some information about your Home Network setup would be great and when the problem first appeared and what you changed in between.
It's highly unlikely that such a problem appears just due to updating SAM Broadcaster.

I use html through Audiorealm and have the same problem. Requests worked then I upgraded to 2015.3 and got the requests disabled error. I reinstalled 2015.1 now the requests are working again.

I would check whether the default whitelist changed.
For Audiorealm you should have at least these addresses on the whitelist:
Code:
www.audiorealm.com
request.audiorealm.com

The 127.0.0.1 is only needed if you run the private requests PHP or some custom request logic on the very same machine as SAM.

Had the same problem here, seems to be an issue with SAM 2015.3, that it gives the Requests Disabled/706 error even when requests are enabled (and I tried a bunch of things).
I rolled back to 2015.2 for now, and tried to let Spacial know about the issue, though I haven't heard back.
At this point, until they provide an update, your best bet is to roll back to 2015.2 (either http://download.spacial.com/download/sambc-fb-20152.exe or http://download.spacial.com/download/sambc-up-20152.exe).

Spacial just published SAM Broadcaster 2015.4 about 10 minutes ago.
