The FTP log of SAM is confusing AF.
I just tried it out, it only keeps the last 4-5 files uploaded clears all the history before that

So if you click generate playlist and then wait half an hour while still playing tracks in SAM, you won't see any useful output about the generated playlist files in the FTP Log :(

Sorry about that, but to help I need the FTP log right after you clicked generate playlist.
It should at least contain one entry of STOR playlistZ.html. For me it only goes back until `< 226 Successfully transferred "/samHTMLweb/playlistP.html"`, it doesn't show the STOR command and the "opened data channel message" for playlistP or any information about playlist0.html - playlistO.html, but that's fine. I'm only interested in finding out if it uploaded the playlist files at all.
If you're stuck with a huge queue and nothing moving, you need to clear the queue first and then click Generate Playlist again. (I found that once it encounters an error, SAM won't retry or continue even if you changed the settings unless you clear the FTP queue and start over again) :(

Here's an example of the last few lines in my FTP log atfer I clicked Generate Playlist. (This might take a couple seconds to upload => My FTP server for this example is on the very same machine as SAM)
Code:
~ Log cleared...
> STOR playlistZ.html
< 150 Opening data channel for file upload to server of "/samHTMLweb/playlistZ.html"
< 226 Successfully transferred "/samHTMLweb/playlistZ.html"
! 19617 bytes received/sent in 16 milliseconds
> QUIT
< 221 Goodbye

Are you sure you did generate playlist and not "Generate"?
The log has no info about any of the playlist files, which would explain why your website doesn't receive the updated settings.
I just don't understand why it doesn't upload the files if it successfully generated them...

I absolutely clicked Generate Playlist, and all of them down to playlistZ are time-stamped at that exact moment.
