I am working on modifying blackfORK's script to overlay an ID over programming. I want to run the IDs at a predetermined time every hour, and have it stop at a certain time. It's working fine so far, but I'm confused about the deck volumes, idle player and active player. I'd like to reduce the volume of the main deck running the program so the ID can be heard better. Sorry if this sounds like an easy question. I'm just really tired.

Here's what I have so far:

Code:
{ SCRIPT MADE BY "blackf0rk", modified by PaulieP }
{ GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE, RIGHT? }

PAL.Loop := True;
var liner : TSongInfo;
var StartDeck : TPlayer;
var NextDeck : TPlayer;
Aux1.Eject;

{play liner at xx:03:30}

PAL.WaitForTime('xx:03:30');

liner := CAT['Station IDs (All)'].ChooseSong(smRandom, NoRules);
Aux1.QueueSong(liner);

IdlePlayer.Volume := 255;

StartDeck := ActivePlayer;
NextDeck := IdlePlayer;

If Aux1.Status = 1 then
  begin
    Aux1.QueueSong(liner);
  end;

Aux1.Play;

while Aux1.Status=0 do
  begin
  end;

ActivePlayer.Volume := 255;
IdlePlayer.Volume := 255;

{play liner at xx:34:00}

PAL.WaitForTime('xx:34:00');

liner := CAT['Station IDs (All)'].ChooseSong(smRandom, NoRules);
Aux1.QueueSong(liner);

IdlePlayer.Volume := 255;

StartDeck := ActivePlayer;
NextDeck := IdlePlayer;

If Aux1.Status = 1 then
  begin
    Aux1.QueueSong(liner);
  end;

Aux1.Play;
while Aux1.Status=0 do  begin  end;

ActivePlayer.Volume := 255;
IdlePlayer.Volume := 255;

  IF  (Now > T['17:55:00']) THEN
begin
PAL.Loop := False;
Queue.Clear;
  end;

I figured it out.

This will drop the volume of the main deck, thereby creating a music bed for the liner/ID to play.

Code:
{ SCRIPT MADE BY "blackf0rk", modified by PaulieP }
{ GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE, RIGHT? }

PAL.Loop := True;
var liner : TSongInfo;
var StartDeck : TPlayer;
var NextDeck : TPlayer;
Aux1.Eject;

{play liner at xx:03:30}

PAL.WaitForTime('xx:4:00');

liner := CAT['DRY IDs'].ChooseSong(smRandom, NoRules);
Aux1.QueueSong(liner);

StartDeck := ActivePlayer;
NextDeck := IdlePlayer;

If Aux1.Status = 1 then
  begin
    Aux1.QueueSong(liner);
  end;
  ActivePlayer.Volume := 100;
Aux1.Play;
while Aux1.Status=0 do
  begin
  end;
ActivePlayer.Volume := 255;
IdlePlayer.Volume := 255;

{play liner at xx:34:00}

PAL
.WaitForTime('xx:31:30');

liner := CAT['DRY IDs'].ChooseSong(smRandom, NoRules);
Aux1.QueueSong(liner);

IdlePlayer.Volume := 255;

StartDeck := ActivePlayer;
NextDeck := IdlePlayer;

If Aux1.Status = 1 then
  begin
    Aux1.QueueSong(liner);
  end;
 ActivePlayer.Volume := 100;
Aux1.Play;
while Aux1.Status=0 do  begin  end;
ActivePlayer.Volume := 255;
IdlePlayer.Volume := 255;

  IF  (Now > T['02:31:05']) THEN
begin
PAL.Loop := False;
Queue.Clear;
  end;
