I don't understand what you want. Should the requested tell me that you only want to do something, but only with requested songs or should this mark your request for a PAL Script to be written for you?
Also what do you mean by desirable end? You want to display the Time at which the song will probably end or what? If so, where do you want to display that?

You want this to show up for requested songs inside the media player / winamp / whatever people use to play your stream?

I know this is an old thread, but I was wondering how this can be possible as well winamp= ACDC - Back In Black ~requested~

Can it be done in the encoder ex= $combine$ $requestinfo$

seems like it would be simple.

$requestinfo$ does not contain the word ~requested~ you would have to do this via PAL.

Thank you for the quick reply DJ Cassio, I don't have a member data base so my mysql data base is fairly simple. Do you know of any scripts that would show ~requested~ in media players just as it does on the Now Playing php page?

Thanx again!

You simply just need to test the Active Player songInfo for a request ID and if it is greater than zero send the data(artist, title, "~requested~" to the encoder, you take a look at the PAL I posted to get some ideas of code that can be resued for this purpose. viewtopic.php?f=23&t=37440
