Big Mike...hated not seeing much feedback, so thought I'd chime in :-)
I cannot begin to fathom all of that stuff, but it looks great, and I appreciate
the effort you put into it. Here's hoping one day I can get to a point of
understanding where I can give it a try...haha...right now I'm struggling
to understand Allison's great work to get my ToH news back! Whew,
Tim

I'm using this script with a voice from here: https://www.cereproc.com/en/storesapi

Made a few personal changes to the script but overall it does work very well.

With the right voice and script its really hard for people to know its computer generated. I had DJs ask me how much it cost to have the personal weather recordings for the station.

Love the script, thank you. However, can not get it to work with Windows Vista Task scheduler to run it as a task. Only get the error .txt. Works great if I manually click on the WUG. Any suggestions. You can email me at dj@rockonarizona.com if you don't get a response.

Thanks for all your work

Try using "System Scheduler" from Splinterware. Works really well for scheduling this and other apps.

thanks all for your comments

i believe we are also using system scheduler
we are on xp but soon to up to win7 pro 64 on dual xeon.

sorry about new version slow. so many things happening here. biggest news is 3 new lpfm stations going up and sharing the studio. so all my work is now x4

i do have a way to make a webpage installer. also changing the different things such as comments, city, voice ect will be part of it. should make experimenting easier. it is little down the prioritized list todo.

So weather underground closed their api service last month and i never heard about it till weather girl stopped getting the latest. So after several days of work HERE IS VERSION 2.0. No api keys needed. skims from our free gov weather service. read install txt for new users, read configs in script for you users. works from your lat and lon where you want the weather from. goes to closest weather station the gov runs. while maybe a little less accurate than underground station , it depends on your distance to nearest airport it seems. still uses balaboca to make wav file and jennifer voice is still free. click the link in the first post to box.com dl. even though it has 1.02 in the description its 2.0
This give you current conditions, and forcast for current 12 hour period and next two periods. 6am to 6pm is a period. these are nat weather service periods so no changing that. also goes uv from 9am to 5pm and dew point from 5 pm to midnight. working on a feels_like heat index and wind_chill but they are little harder to do still. Big Mike
