There is no external command to specifically stop a PAL script only to start one. The best way to stop one is to set up a conditional statement within the PAL that if met stops the script.

Then how do I get this to work on sam 4.9.1? I just want it to remove everything in the queue but the requests.

You CAN leave the refresh command out, but the changes to the queue might not take effect immediately then. (Some point between immediate and never, which time is not set)

I can repeat that over and over, but that won't change anything about the facts.
You could also manually refresh the queue after running this PAL.
