Hi all.
Trying to figure out how to scan the sub directories on disk do I can add all folders in there to a cat. It's just for organisation of the disk.
I have tried using the SubDir command and I`m getting nowhere when I scan the folder.
I am using.......

CAT['Additions'].AddDir (Scan1,False,ipBottom);

......To add a single folder but no matter what I do I can not add more. Anyone enlighten me as to my mistake?

Without questions there is no knowledge.

Change False to True.
SubDir.Queue{Bottom|Top} is only for adding files directly to the Queue, but if you want to add files to a category you have to set the SubDir parameter on the AddDir Procedure to true.

procedure AddDir(Dir: String; SubDir: Boolean; InsertPos: Integer);

AddDir will search a directory for media files and add all the files found to the category.

Dir is the full path to the directory that will be searched.

Set SubDir to True in order to scan subdirectories as well.

InsertPos specifies the position where the songs should be inserted into the category.
