Can anyone give me a PAL script that just starts the AUX deck when the mic live button is pressed, and stops it when released. Effectively ganging together Mic and AUX 1 I will manually load deck with track
Running Version 2018,7
Many thanks
Gary

I'm pretty sure it's impossible in "recent" versions of SAM. (recent = 14 years or newer)
The documentation of PAL mentions the VoiceFX function to return a VoiceFX player object in SAM2 (2002-2004) and being deprecated with SAM3 when it started to return a reference to the Aux3 player instead.

Quote:
VoiceFX function
Note: This function is depreciated and should not be used.

Declaration
function VoiceFX: TPlayer;

Description
In SAM2 this function returned the VoiceFX player object.
In SAM3, this function will return the Aux3 player object.
