Hi All,

Just purchased Sam Broadcaster Pro for my new Windows 10 machine. I am unable to configure the sound card. When selecting the record button in the encoder to allow me to use an external mixer and microphone I receive an error: "Recording: Problem creating record handle (Error# 1). Recording device might be in use". I have had the exact running with no issue on an older version of Sam on Windows 7 running with no issue. Any assistance I would be truly grateful.

Working fine at this end - by any chance; have you forgotten to set your default sound source and output devices in Windows Control panel...
