I'm still trying to get WebToFile working.

But SAM broadcaster is just ignoring it in PAL script.
I'm running the latest version of SAM Broadcaster by the way.
Is it because the end point is https ? I thought that was dixed?

Thanks.

Code:
// ================================================================================================
// KIWC 106.1 FM SAM Broadcaster Software
// Imagelock West Communications - Alan Heinze 2010
// PO Box 4130, Pahrump, NV 89041
// 702-425-3937 - support@kiwcfm.com
// [TWITTER.PAL] - Created 24/11/10
// ================================================================================================
// Credit To "meanzrock" For The Original PAL Script
// ================================================================================================
// Causes SAM Broadcaster to trigger AUTH.TWITTER.php to update the Twitter API
// ================================================================================================
// Wait 8 Seconds After Song Change To Let SAM Handle Crossfading, Queries, Etc. First.
WriteLn ('Ready To Update Twitter');
PAL.WaitForTime('+00:00:08');
PAL.LockExecution;
PAL.Loop := True;
// ================================================================================================
// Execute the PHP file on your web host.
// The first parameter is the name of a meaningless text file. Provide a valid path and name.
// The second parameter is the URL of your PHP file to be executed.
WebToFile('F:\My Websites\QuantumRadio\Scripts\SAM\_SAM.dummy.txt','https://www.quantum-radio.net/Scripts/AUTH/AUTH.TWITTER.php');
// ================================================================================================
WriteLn ('Twitter Updated');
PAL.UnlockExecution;
WriteLn ('Waiting For Song Change');
PAL.WaitForPlayCount(8);

I installed IIS on the server, and all it does is talk to SAM. In HTTP. and PHP
So with the appropriate Twitter files now on the same server and not under HTTPS control, it all works as it should.
Every 8 tracks it pops a little message onto my Twitter feed. I can vary the number of tracks from 1 to hundreds if I like...
Nice.
