A simple do-able one; Bigger fonts please. Bigger display area for Song title and perhaps remain time.

Neat idea ... maybe that's something achievable with the use of skins?

Nothing wrong with Vista, it works fine for me. I never have problems with it, and it looks great. Only my harddisk crashed, so i now build in a WD velociraptor... but i am going off topic.

I bought SAM 4.3.6 a few days ago, so if SAM 5 arrives i hope i get a special price  SAM 4.2.2. with the crack is doing strange things sometimes, like suddenly empty categories and stuff

P.S. I was just joking around with SAM 5 :)

If you've been using a SAM 4.2.2 CRACK, first of all SHAME ON YOU. Second of all, it was most likely loaded with tons of garbage/trojans/viruses. I'd to a COMPLETE system cleanup, including anti-virus, anti-spam.... hell, I'd even spray the machine down w/ Lysol*.

*Spraying you machine w/ Lysol is not recommended by the manufacturer.

 Well, most people use illegal software so that's nothing to be a shame of i suppose. And i bought the official SAM now so. Sometimes it even helps selling more of the legal software i think, cause if people like it they buy the official version. But there's not a virus in it so, i can just remove the stuff.

Anytime you're using illegal software, you're hurting those who created it. It's 'theft', simple and basic. Most legal software applications (SAM included) allow you to install the full application and use it on a trial basis. You could have done the same with SAM and used all features of it for free for 14 days.

I do applaude you for purchasing SAM. It's a great decision, and I think you'll find it to be a very powerful broadcasting application. But the next time you plan on installing something you didn't pay for (but should have,) don't just think to yourself, "oh, I'm just one person, I'm not hurting anyone," consider multiplying that by 10, or 100, or 1,000. It all adds up.

There most certainly is something to "be a shame of"; you took stuff that didn't belong to you! SA has a very liberal try-and-buy policy and offers full function demos. There's no need for crackerz to "help" sales.

I'll echo Andrew's original comment.

Enough enough, lets get back to SAM5...

I am hoping the re write of the new version includes an updated look! SAM 4.3.6 and previous versions look outdated. I like the look of the new Google Radio Automation software, that looks the bees knees! I have contacted them but their software costs $10,000! I am hoping SAM5 will try to compete on the looks basis as I showed a mate of mine of SAM4 and he said how old is that?? ( I was embarrassed, so Im not showing that to anyone!) And he doesn't even work in radio!

So SAM5 needs to be updated looks wise. YEs I am materialistic and shallow but I have seen many posts on here hoping that the archictecture is updated with a more slick interface! Otherwise I will be disappointed and will consider going for a more good looking system!

There have been a few requests for the option to "skin" the SAM interface, and I suppose that wouldn't be a bad idea for a "slicker look," but if it comes down to "a better look" or "better quality application/function," then I vote on the latter.

Station operators are really the only people who will see this as it's not likely listeners will never see it.
