Hi,

regarding to my topic:
viewtopic.php?f=20&t=29774

Perhaps that would be an option, that you add the feature: "Reload Events"! I think, that would be a great and simple feature not only for me. I think there are some more people using their own software to control SAM :)

So i could remotely change the events in the database and use it without restarting sam.

Indeed; for those that manage SAM directly with the database.
However, probably easier asked for than can be implemented.

The requests and que are also updated permanently.... so why not the events?

Apples and Oranges; not a fair comparison.
Those don't generate internal scheduling routines.
