I'm rubbing my lucky toll doll's tummy as I type this...

I love the automatic encoder stream archiving but I only have the option to record everything including music. While this is great for syndication I wanted to suggest a podcast setting where the encoder only records when the mic is on (on-air) for those of use that do more talk type shows with music sprinkled in. I imagine the archive would append each talking bit to the end of the recording until the encoder is turned off. A new file would be started when the encoder is turned on again. This way you have a podcast ready recording after each show without having to chop up the archive just to get rid of the music you played. If there is a way to do this already I would love to hear it otherwise... pretty please?
