Okay, I'm starting to go somewhat crazy sorting this out, trying out several things is leading me to the same issue, that SAM is telling me that there has to be one relay active, as noted in my opening post. Honestly my head is spinning.
The crazy thing is I had the relay working fine back in September. I'm still with the same stream provider (edghosting.com). The only thing that has changed is that they have appointed me a different port, as I've taken out a more expensive package. For example, rather then port 1700, they now have given me port 22502. I've gone through the config screens as noted below and even updated the password.
First thing I did, to see where I was going wrong was checking out this FAQ sheet here:http://support.spacialaudio.com/wiki/AudioRealm_FAQ
andhttp://support.spacialaudio.com/wiki/Li ... Audiorealm
Then I went through the video that is located here:http://download.spacialaudio.com/videos ... sting.html
Step one, I made sure my audiorealm account was still active, and it was.
Step two, I made sure that my member details were correct.
Step three, I checked my station details to see if my station was still registered on audiorealm.com, and as per SAMs drop down menu where it notes "short name", my station is still registered.
Step four, the information inside the statistic relay was already filled in from my last broadcast, so like the above three steps, I made sure that the info was upp to date.
Step five, going into my Audiorealm URL, my station info displays fine, with the "Play" button listen link, but all is still dead.
And SAM is still crying out for a statistic relay??
The only things I'm not sure of are some things in Step four. In the port area, do I put 22502 as the port/stream number, or just 2250, as the port number it self. And the password required, is it the audiorealm or my stream provider password?
