In setting up stations, and uploading a Station Logo, there are two sections.

Quote:
Standard logo

The standard station logo is displayed in the popup player, stand-alone Windows Media Player and various other locations.

Logo must be 120x60 pixels
Logo file must be a GIF, JPG or PNG file
Logo must not be more than 20kb in size
Logo should not contain offensive or inappropriate language or images
Avoid 'flicker' animations. We recommend using no animation at all.
SpacialNet/AudioRealm reserves the right to remove any inappropriate logos
Upload new station logo

and there is the next one,
Quote:
Featured logo

The featured station logo is displayed in the featured station section on AudioRealm. Be sure to add it right now if you would like to become a featured station.

Logo must be a minimum size of 400x225 pixels
Logo must have a 16:9 aspect ratio
Logo file must be a JPG or PNG file
Logo must not be more than 300kb in size
Logo should not contain offensive or inappropriate language or images
SpacialNet/AudioRealm reserves the right to remove any inappropriate logos
Upload new station logo

No matter what I try, I can not get the Featured Logo upload to work. It always returns a different error message. i.e.
Code:
peration failed!

List of errors.
Picture must be at least 400x225 pixels. The uploaded picture is 120x60
Picture must have a 16:9 aspect ratio. The uploaded picture is 2:1

Even when I carefully construct an image that exactly meets the specs, it fails.
So does anyone know the secret ?

Try using this: http://www.crossfire-radio.com/test/ima ... ge16x9.png

Its just a blank image with transparent background that is set for 16:9. Just add your logo to it, and adjust your logo as necessary, and see if it works for you. Just save the file to your PC

That's brilliant.

Hi there,
tried it, but I think Audiorealm is broken anyway. Uploaded the picture you linked to, exactly as it is.
.........
List of errors.
Picture must have a 16:9 aspect ratio. The uploaded picture is 105:59

Nothing makes any difference. No matter what you do, it will return an error message.
Oh well. I guess we have to wait for them to fix the whole thing, which may be another ten years yet.
