I have been trying to re-install Sam Broadcaster 3.3.2 and right it gets to the screen that says installation log it stops and an error message pops up saying:

Windows cannot find 'instsvc.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.


After I click Ok another message pops up saying:

Unable to start 'instsvc.exe'

Can someone please help me I really need to download sam a have 6 djs 3 of them cant dj at the moment because of this problem the other djs sam broadcaster is fine a have tried everything searched google for a solution but cant find anything

The last SAM 3 release happened more than 10 years ago.
You can try your luck searching the forums (either via the search function or using google).
Maybe you find an old post with the same problem. But there's no reasonable chance anyone still remembers that kind of problem from the top of their head.
Also keep in mind: SAM 3 will most likely not work on anything newer than Windows XP (Vista,7,8,8.1,10 are all out due to the new privilege separation model introduced in Windows Vista), which itself is highly risky to run on an internet-connected computer.

Support for anything older than SAM 4.9.8 is discontinued on this forum. Official helpdesk will still provide activation support for older versions of SAM, but AFAIK that's also the only thing they still provide help with for SAM versions older than the 201x series.
