All of sudden my requests are down. I use HTML. Does anyone know if this is a audiorealm outage?

Nothing has changed on my end.

Depends.
Does this link work for you after inserting your own numbers and names?

http://request.audiorealm.com/req/req.h ... =sam.ho.st

Replace 12345 with valid songID for your station, sam.ho.st with the IP/hostname of your SAM machine and 1221 if you changed the exposed SAM port.

Its been working for along time but yesterday morning people said they cant request. I checked my IP to see if it changed and no, I checked my local IP to see if it changed and no. Everything was fine until yesterday.

Thats why I was thinking Audiorealm's request system was down.

My error Request Failed
Sorry, your request failed. The radio station responded with:
Unable to connect to 97.93.225.166:1221. Station might be offline, or connection is being blocked. (Err#: 803)

Talk to the official support channels if that problem persists.
I know, they're neither fast nor helpful most of the time, but they're the only ones who can do anything about it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have the same problem with the request audiorealm page. I checked everything on my side. I think it's a problem of the audiorealm side.

https://support.spacial.com/hc/en-us/requests/new this is the support form. I've wrote 2 Days ago. Maybe all others with the same problem should also write.

I have submitted 2 tickets, I just wish someone would at least respond and tell us they are working on it. Its been down since Tuesday. I messaged them Wednesday, & Friday. for all the money we spent for this software at least they could have communication with us.

Wow, no reply at all?
That's a new bottom point of their customer service.
I mean incompetent staff and useless or sometimes even technically incorrect responses is something I'd almost expect, but no reply at all is really hard.

I would like to offer my help, but there isn't much I can do as I'm not actually affiliated with Spacial at all. (Except for being granted moderator privileges on this forum)
If one or both of you could share their messages to (and if there were any, from) support with me (send me a message on the forums), I could at least try to get in touch with someone at Spacial through a side channel. (Two previous mediation attempts on different issues in the last 6 years at least got me an almost instant response, so there is hope)

Request are working again!

Spacial Technical & Sales Support:
If you are using the default port 1221 then we believe we have resolved the issue and I would ask you to verify please.

Regards,
