So why go through the huge task of re-programming and reloading Sam when Spacial has not addressed the issue or offered a guaranteed solution. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
you won't have to re-do everything
This is what Spacial support requested me to do (and that is re-do everything if you ask me...):
I would recommend uninstalling both Firebird and SAM Broadcaster Pro from the Programs and Features applet in the Control Panel. Then download and install the software which is available to you from the Products tab within your user zone at http://userzone.spacial.com
. When installing this, please alter the installation path, for example:
Instead of installing in to C:\Program Files (x86)\SpacialAudio\SAMBC
Consider a small change to ensure a different location is used, C:\Program Files (x86)\SpacialAudio\SAMBC1
This will require you to reconfigure the software and add your music however, this should resolve the issue.
