Hi all,

I've searched this about as thoroughly as I know. Apologies if I've missed something in the forums or help files.

My microphone does not reliably work within SAM. Every time I turn the mic on and off again in the Voice FX panel, it will not work again the next time. To fix this, I open the Config menu, close the Config menu again, and it *usually* works again. As a workaround, I have been leaving the mic on and used the Push-to-Talk function. This isn't the perfect fix - sometimes the open-close-Config trick doesn't work. In those cases, setting the Audio Out to Silent Output and resetting it back seems to work - and that clearly isn't great for a broadcast.

Any thoughts? Ideas?

It is now 3 years later and I am having exactly the same problem with my microphone.

I bought SAM Broadcaster Pro on November 15, 2021 and have tried a few different headsets and NOTHING works.

I have an ongoing ticket with Spacial support but their replies are few and far between. PLEASE help.

I have a new a new Dell Gaming Laptop and am running WIN10-Home. I also have a new Logitech H390 USB wired headset as the H800 Wireless Bluetooth headset would not work. I have taken this into Best Buy Geek Squad and they have NO idea..basically they never heard of SAM Broadcaster.

**Note the headphones work great but the microphone on the headset will not. It works in Skype so I know its not a hardward problem.

Cmon Spacial..I have seen so many of these posts and never have seen Support address the issue so it can be fixed. Definitely spoils the whole dj experience up to this point and I am beginning to wonder if SAM Broadcaster Pro was the right decision...and it aint cheap.
