Greetings.

Does SAM Broadcaster support Replay Gain?

If it's available as a Winamp DSP Plugin - yes.
Else: No.

Which Winamp DSP plugin should be used for Replay Gain?

Best regards

Apparently ReplayGain is a meta information stored inside the audio file. In order to read that information the plugin has to have access to the raw file. DSP plugins however only get access to the decoded raw audio stream and not the meta information.
That means DSP Plugins for ReplayGain are technically impossible.

Winamp used to have separate plugin interfaces for input, output and DSP plugins (among others). This functionality is available for Winamp prior to 5.x as part of an input plugin called mpg123. That doesn't help you with SAM, though, as that only supports the DSP-type plugins and uses only the built-in decoders/input plugins.

So from that it seems like this is a feature that Spacial must implement themselves.

Why don't you use MP3Gain to fix loudness instead of ReplayGain ? It's easy and SAM BC can read it. Perfect solution without any plugins. Worked for over a decade for us. Even if ReplayGain info is available in the Track => No problem for SAM BC - as not readable.

I second this - we have used MP3Gain to normalize our library for well over 15 years. Works great.
