QUESTION:
How do I set up my Live account to archive to my on-demand directory?.
ANSWER:
From within your DualCast Edit page, click on the Archiving Tab.
Check the box to "Automatically start archiving when MediaPoint starts"
Choose the directory you want the archived file to go into (Note: You can make multiple directories when using the FTP program of your choice.)
Choose the name for your file. "TestArchive.asf" is the default setting.
Click on the Update archive settings button.
Your live broadcast will now automatically be archived to the file you chose in the previous steps.
