QUESTION:
My PULL encoder is active, but the stream fails to play?
ANSWER:
Most of the time this error occurs when our server tries to conenct to your encoder but is unable to. This is usually due to a firewall or port issue. For infomration on how to configure your port forwarding in your router please refer to http://portforward.com
If your ports are open but you are unabel to broadcast then you have a firewall blocking your ports also. To confirm that please use our "Port Tester" in our "Broadcaster Tools" section located at http://www.spacialnet.com/broadcasters/tools.port.html
If it turns out you have a firewall issue please refer to your firewalls help manual for instructions on how to open a port.
