Overview

The Advertiser Overview Report provides an agent or advertiser with a nice, quick summary on the delivery of all advertisement types for a single advertiser.

The report is broken up into daily detail rows with the total summary at the bottom of the report.

Generating Report

  • Advertiser
    In the Advertiser field you can enter the username of the advertiser for which you wish to generate the report.
    Click on the Search icon next to the Advertiser field title to look up advertiser username.
  • Date from
    The starting date of the report data.
  • Date to
    The end date of the report data.
  • Time Range
    Specify the timeslot for which you wish to generate the report. If you set this for example from 00:00 to 06:00 the report will show only results of advertisements played within that time period for every day within the Date range.


Actions

  • View - display the results on the screen.
  • Print - display the results in a printer-friendly format.
  • Download - download the results in a comma-delimited file format (*.csv)

Report results

Columns

  • Day
    The date of this specific detail row.
  • Gateway
    • Impressions
    The number of times that gateway advertisements were heard or viewed.
    • Cost
    The actual cost of the delivery to the advertiser based on the CPM rate for the gateways.
  • Instream
    • Spot Plays
    The number of times the advertisements were played on the station.
    • Impressions
    The number of times the advertisements were heard by the listeners.
    • Cost
    The actual cost of the delivery to the advertiser based on the CPM and CPS rate for the advertisements.
  • Banners
    • Impressions
    The number of times the advertisements were viewed by the website visitors.
    • Clicks
    The number of times visitors clicked on the advertisements.
    • CTR
    Click-Through-Ratio is a very important metric to guage the effectiveness of the advertisement.
    CTR is calculated as (clicks/impressions*100)%. It shows how effectively the station is converting visitors into taking action.
    • eCPM
    Effective CPM Rate (eCPM) is a great way to measure the effective cost per thousand to the advertiser and is based on the combined CPM cost together with the CPC (Cost-per-Click) cost of the banners.
    • Cost
    The actual cost of the delivery to the advertiser based on the CPM and CPC rate for the advertisements.
  • Text
    • Clicks
    The number of times visitors clicked on the advertisements.
    • Cost
    The actual cost of the delivery to the advertiser based on the CPM and CPC rate for the advertisements.
