Overview

The Traffic Log Inventory Report provides stations with a quick breakdown of scheduled content within Traffic logs.

This give stations a view into the paid versus unpaid content within their station, which helps stations know how much more inventory they have to sell.

Generating the Report

  • Stations
    In the Station field you can enter the username of one or multiple stations. Click on the Search icon next to the Station field title to look up station names.
  • Date from
    The starting date of the report data.
  • Date to
    The end date of the report data.

Actions

  • View - display the results on the screen.
  • Print - display the results in a printer-friendly format.
  • Download - download the results in a comma-delimited file format (*.csv)

Report results

Columns

  • Date
    The day within the date range for this specific detail row.
  • Total
    Combined total for Commercial (Paid) and Non-Commercial (Unpaid) content.
    Note:
    The top row (with speaker icon) is the number of advertisements scheduled into fixed lists.
    The bottom row is the total time of those advertisements.
    This pattern repeats for the remaining columns as well.
  • Commercial
    Advertiserments marked as Commercial, i.e. Paid content.
  • Non-Commercial
    Advertiserments marked as Non-Commercial, i.e. Unpaid content.
  • %
    Shows the % available inventory.
