i have my own URL and i want SAM v3 to broadcast to that so i can go in the other room and type in JLRadio.bounceme.net into windows media player and listen to my radio...how do i do this

SAM3, Windows Media Player? Are you some kind of time traveler?

#1 SAM3 isn't supported anymore. You might still get activation support from Spacial as there was no actual expiry date on the license I guess, but even that's gonna be hard. Everything beyond that is out of the scope of this manufacturer forum. Please look somewhere else, switch to a different software or upgrade SAM. (Choice is up to you, but I guess your use case doesn't really justify spending 300 USD now and another 100 USD every following year)
#2 Windows Media Player was last shipping with Windows 7. Neither Win8 nor 8.1 or 10 have the Windows Media Player anymore. And there's a ton of better alternatives.
