we've been getting complaints from our listeners who use mobile phones with android...
stream keeps getting stuck, buffering, skipping.
(while all iPhones seem to be working fine...)
any ideas??? really annoying!!

#1 I don't know how this would be related to SAM, so moved it to the General Discussion as it seems to be more about stream server/client software and codecs.

#2 For anyone to help you, please provide a whole lot more information. Especially a link to your stream, the format you're streaming in (i.e. HE-AACv2, 128kbps, Dual Mono, 44100 Hz sampling rate), the client software used on both the devices that work and those that don't work would be helpful. It could also be an OS problem, in that case please also give us the Android Version and manufacturer.

That's the link to a web player...
I thought you were using a dedicated player on the phone.

The web player of Spacial is a bit shaky, but after reloading the page twice it worked just fine on my HTC10 Android 8.0 phone and on my HTC One m7 Android 8.1 phone (the 8.1 phone is older, but uses a custom ROM, the other one is about 2 years old, but uses the stock ROM by HTC)
