I write here because I don't know what to do anymore. I have been a Sam Broadcaster customer for over 15 years. I have reinstalled a PC due to a problem with Windows and when I wanted to activate my license it did not allow me. I've been writing to SAM technical support for two days and they don't give me a solution. I have the radio losing thousands of listeners for this problem. I can not find phones from Spacial or another way to solve it. We have audiences of 1000 concurrent listeners and now I am below 100 because the software is not fully working. Does anyone know what I can do to remedy it?

Sorry, activation and licensing are literally the only things SAM Broadcaster we can't help you with on the forums.
Only employees at Spacial can look into and disable an activation that was already used up.
